According to ICE, the Dominican national unlawfully entered the U.S. at an unknown location and on an unknown date, after he was charged in the Dominican Republic with homicide — a charge for which Dominican authorities are seeking his custody.
In December 2021, the aspiring “New American” was charged and arraigned on charges of strangulation/suffocation and assault and battery of a family household member in the West Roxbury, Mass. District Court — charges which the court later dismissed.
The fugitive is currently facing charges of trafficking fentanyl in the Newburyport, Mass. District Court, dating from earlier in December 2021.
ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston arrested the 27-year-old for immigration violations on March 21 in Saugus, Mass. without incident.

“This unlawfully present Dominican national fled his home country to avoid a murder trial,” said ERO Boston Field Office Director Todd Lyons. “He made his way to Massachusetts and has been repeatedly apprehended by local authorities and charged with crimes of violence and drug crimes.
“ERO Boston will not allow the world’s offenders to take refuge in our communities. We will continue to aggressively arrest and remove any such criminal elements in New England,” Lyons said
The Dominican national will remain in ICE custody pending a removal hearing before a Department of Justice immigration judge.
Shocked he didn’t end up in Maine with all the other criminals from Massachusetts coming here.
Wow! They caught one. How many have snuck through?
