Hours after the release of a BET News interview, in which President Joe Biden claimed that he would consider dropping out of the race if he were diagnosed with a serious ailment that would prevent him from running the country, he announced that he tested positive for COVID.

“I tested positive for COVID-19 this afternoon, but I am feeling good and thank everyone for the well wishes. I will be isolating as I recover, and during this time I will continue to work to get the job done for the American people,” said President Biden on X.
The positive test results came while Biden was campaigning in Las Vegas, Nevada.
According to White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, Biden is only experiencing mild symptoms.
Those symptoms reportedly include a cough, a runny nose, and a general “malaise,” but do not include a fever.
Jean-Pierre credited the mildness of Biden’s symptoms to his vaccinations and boosters — five, all told — and claimed that Biden will continue to perform the full duties of a president while he is secluded in Delaware awaiting the end of his symptoms.
“He will be returning to Delaware where he will self-isolate and will continue to carry out all of his duties fully during that time. The White House will provide regular updates on the President’s status as he continues to carry out the full duties of the office while in isolation,” said Jean-Pierre.
This suggests that Biden will not consider COVID a serious ailment which will compromise his ability to rule.
It is unclear how Biden will be able to continue performing his duties while dealing with COVID if, as he previously claimed, a mere cold was responsible for his inability to maintain coherence throughout his debate with former President Donald Trump.
The White House has not revealed how long Biden plans to isolate in Delaware, but the current Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines are far less strict than the 14-day mandatory isolation period enforced by the organization early on in the COVID pandemic.
Currently, the CDC recommends waiting only 24 hours after symptoms start to improve before resuming normal activities. Although it suggests that for the first five days after leaving isolation, the sick person should continue to practice “social distancing” and wear a mask.
Despite pushing mask mandates, social distancing requirements even for people without COVID, and massive lockdowns at the start of his presidency, Biden can be seen exiting a vehicle and preparing to board Air Force One to Delaware without wearing a mask or distancing himself from his aides and Secret Service personnel who are also unmasked.
Following Biden’s diagnosis, left-wing media personality Joy Reid and former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki appeared on MSNBC and claimed that Biden surviving COVID would produce an outpouring of support similar to that experienced by President Trump after he was shot in a failed assassination attempt.

“Donald Trump is an elderly man who, for whatever reason, was given nine seconds to take an iconic photo op during an active shooter situation,” said Reid, “His survival of that and bouncing right back and going right to his convention is being conveyed in the media world as a sign of strength. This current President of the United States is 81 years old and has COVID. Should he be fine in a couple of days, doesn’t that convey exactly the same thing?”
While Trump did not allow the assassination attempt to alter his campaign schedule at all, Biden is now going into isolation for an unspecified amount of time due to symptoms that amount to a mild cold.
Perhaps the vaccines (gene therapy injections) aren’t all that “safe and effective”?

Only a complete idiot believes that there is a test for covid – NONE EXISTS. No diagnostic test anywhere on the planet can define the virus from an eggplant. There is no test that can conclusively identify any other corona virus from another and in reality these are all the common upper respiratory virus family that are usually self limiting and will not cause death. This was just a primer to get the public ready for O’Biden to drop out of the race.
Well, the jab didn’t work to stop the virus as we know it doesn’t, but if its lack of efficacy leads to the old coot resigning, then I have to admit that it does have some efficacy.
