The Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC), a 501(c)4 nonprofit that litigates against governments and left-wing activists in defense of American civil rights, responded on Thursday to the news that the Mills Administration flagged one of their social media post to the Maine State Police as a potential security threat.
In case you missed it, FPC retweeted a Maine Wire video in which Gov. Mills told one of her liberal allies in corporate television media that she wanted a ban on a popular type of semi-automatic rifle.
FPC responded by reposting the video with a simple message directed at Maine’s governor:
“Hey @GovJanetMills, F*ck you. No.”

As the Maine Wire reported yesterday, that red-blooded defense of American civil rights shocked the consciences of Mills press secretary Ben Goodman and deputy chief of staff Scott Ogden, so much so that they forwarded a link to the X post to troopers at the Maine State Police responsible for Mills security detail.
Those details emerged from a series of Freedom of Access Act requests which the Maine Wire is currently pursuing with the Mills Administration and the Department of Public Safety, which oversees the Maine State Police.
It’s unclear whether the Maine State Police took any action on the email or just snickered behind the backs of Mills political staffers.
For those who are unfamiliar with the FPC, it’s kind of like the National Rifle Association (NRA), but it doesn’t pilfer millions of dollars from Second Amendment supporters so Wayne Lapierre can wear $2,000 suits, fly on private jets, and never actually secure meaningful Second Amendment protections in Washington, D.C. In other words, FPC is like the NRA but effective and not corrupt.
The FPC primarily focuses on litigating in defense of Second Amendment rights at the state level and building a grassroots network of pro-Second Amendment activists.
FPC pursues aggressive and often successful legal strategies against authoritarians who attempt to erode civil rights in the name of “gun safety,” including anti-carry laws in blue states, challenges to backdoor tax-based anti-gun measures, “assault weapons” bans, and various other anti-gun schemes cooked up by the left.
The FPC is also notable for their pugnacious — and hilarious — presence on social media, where “F*ck you. No.” has become something of a pro-Second Amendment motto for the group and its supporters.
After the Maine Wire exposed the Mills Administration for wetting their pants over the FPC’s X post, FPC President Brandon Combs responded with moving, impassioned letter reiterating the groups view that would-be authoritarians should keep their hands off American civil rights. Keen readers will observe a touching acrostic poem embedded within this work of art.

Impeach the Toad!
Brilliant!

F.U. Too bad you didn’t know half of what you think. Why don’t you swallow hook line a sinker more N.Y. Libtard B.S. I’m done with Maine Wire.
Governor! Do your job. Rid Maine of the Chines grow houses first, a simple job !
Mills wants my AR, she can come get it herself!
This just shows what a shallow, childish and rather pathetic person Janet Mills is! Not really any different then Sheena Bellows or Aaron Frey, though Frey is a little less visible or vocal in the childish ignorance!
