A Portland woman has been charged with terrorizing after being accused of impersonating a cop and threatening to shoot an alleged victim.

Portland Police say they responded to an apartment building at 4 Hill St. for a report of a threat.

A resident at the building told police that someone had knocked on her door, claimed to be a police officer and told the resident that she would shoot her if she did not come to the door.

Police say that through their investigation they identified a suspect and executed a search warrant at an apartment, resulting in the recovery of two handguns and ammunition.

Arrested was Heidi Fuller, 40, of Portland, who was transported to Cumberland County Jail and charged with terrorizing and impersonating a public servant.
