Penobscot Sheriff’s deputies responded to two alleged domestic violence incidents on Tuesday in separate towns within one hour of each other.

The first of the incidents took place in Orrington when deputies received a 911 call at 9:25 a.m. from a woman living on Fowler Road stating that a man, Winston Harmon, 19, of the Orrington/Holden area, was violating his bail conditions by coming to her residence.

Harmon had previously been arrested in Orrington on charges of domestic violence assault, violation of conditions of release, and illegal possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.

Following that arrest, he was issued bail conditions preventing him from having contact with the caller or being at her residence.

Before deputies arrived, Harmon allegedly fled on foot but was located shortly thereafter by a Penobscot County Sheriff’s Department supervisor who spotted him on Fields Pond Road.

He was arrested without incident and transported to the Penobscot County Jail, where he is being held without bail on an additional charge of violating conditions of release.

Exactly one hour after receiving the call about Harmon, deputies were dispatched at 10:25 a.m. for an unrelated alleged domestic violence incident in Corinth.

The suspect, Kyle Ouellette, 28, of Corinth, was not present when deputies arrived on the scene. An immediate investigation led deputies to develop probable cause to charge Ouellette with two counts of aggravated domestic violence and one count of obstructing the report of a crime or injury.

The female reported victim sought treatment for her injuries at a local hospital.

Over the 24 hours after deputies initially made contact with the alleged victim, they conducted a search for Ouellette.

The alleged domestic abuser was eventually located, reportedly hiding out in a Bangor hotel, where he was arrested without further incident.

He was transported to the Penobscot County Jail, where he is being held pending his initial court appearance.
