Nichole Kelley, 46, of Bangor, pleaded guilty to her role in a bank fraud conspiracy that lasted from July to October 2024.

As part of the scheme, Kelley entered banks while impersonating legitimate bank customers.

She used false ID cards to access and withdraw funds from the accounts of the victims.

Investigators searched Kelley’s home and seized two false IDs with different names on them but bearing Kelley’s image.

Kelley also worked with unnamed co-conspirators to impersonate customers and withdraw funds at banks outside of Maine.

Following her guilty plea, Kelley faces up to 30 years in prison, followed by five years of supervised release and up to $1 million in fines.
