Nothing says ‘I’ve got a secret’ better than a tease like ‘my husband the president had a stroke but I kept from the American public.’
Former first lady Jill Biden said that’s what she thought happened to Joe – a stroke – when he froze then mumbled gibberish during a debate with former President Trump.
Now she tells us – to kick off her book tour.
Funny how all during his presidency she kept telling everyone how spry Joe was, despite the sentient among us who knew otherwise.
Mrs. Biden now says she was “frightened” by her husband’s 2024 debate performance “because I had never ever seen Joe like that before.”
She also told CBS News’ Rita Braver in an interview airing Sunday she’s actually not sure whether he had a stroke or not.
“I don’t know what happened,” she said. “As I watched it, I thought, ‘Oh, my God, he’s having a stroke.’ And it scared me to death.”
Biden was running for a second term when he stumbled through the debate, prompting widespread calls for him to drop out of the race.
He quit a month later, endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris as the Democratic nominee.
In a wide-ranging softball interview designed to sell her new book, “View from the East Wing,” the former first spouse talked about the election and her second husband.

wtf for her to claim she thought her husband was having a stroke and not acting accordingly to intervene shows just how low the democrats will go to keep their puppets in power ………..
Jill is full of the same stuff that Joe has in his diaper.
Good luck with your book there Jill .
It will be in the REDUCED FOR QUICK SALE bin at Mardens next week .
Maybe Kamala will buy a copy but I can’t imagine anyone else will .
YOU are as big a loser as your cabbage head husband .
WELL, she is a doctor
Dr. Jill is a complete and utter moron. Obviously, a stroke would have been identified very quickly, and by real doctors, if there were any chance a sitting president had suffered one in a public debate. Would the Democrat party be capable of covering it up? Maybe. You can’t put anything past the party of liars, frauds and hoaxers.
But for Dr. Jill to suggest that as an explanation, two years later, in hawking a book, is just reprehensible. You’d have to be equally moronic to buy or read the book.
Calling BS on this.
If she was so concerned, why was she crowing about how he “answered every question,” and proceeded to drag him to friendly interviews?
Would not a trip to a hospital been more appropriate…you know, given her “concern?”
