At approximately 10:47 p.m., Bangor officers responded to an Essex Street apartment for reports of a family fight.

When police arrived, they learned that three people were allegedly injured by Ryan Martin, 32, of Bangor.

Martin had reportedly fled the scene before police arrived.

The next morning, at approximately 6:36 a.m., police returned to the residence and located Martin, who was taken into custody.

He faces three counts of domestic violence assault.
