The York County Sheriff’s Department arrested three Lebanon men on Saturday after they were allegedly found fighting outside a bar as deputies responded to an unrelated incident.

At approximately 9:45 p.m., York deputies responded to a Lebanon bar to assist the Lebanon Fire Department in responding to a medical incident.

Deputies arrived to see several men allegedly actively engaged in a fight in the bar’s parking lot.

Law enforcement attempted to intervene, but the men allegedly refused to comply with police orders, and continued their fight.

One deputy reportedly sustained minor injuries while attempting to stop the fight.

Deputies arrested Jacob Rousseau, 45, of Lebanon; Dale Smith, 27, of Lebanon; and Matthew Smith, 31, of Lebanon, and transported them to the York County Jail.

They were each charged with disorderly conduct, failure to disperse, and refusing to submit to arrest by physical force.

Each of the suspects later bailed out on $500 bails.
