Two offices of the Maine Department of Health and Human Services (Maine DHHS) were evacuated Friday morning due to threats, according to an email from Maine DHHS Commissioner Jeanne Lambrew.

According to Lambrew, the Maine DHHS offices at 109 Capitol Street, Augusta, and at 17 Eastward Lane in Ellsworth, both received threats made via a phone call Friday morning.

The threats were reported to Capitol Police at approximately 8:30 a.m. Friday.

The Maine DHHS 109 Capitol Street office was briefly evacuated, during which time the Maine State Police searched the building and found no suspicious activity, Lambrew wrote.

No one was injured at either building, and DHHS staff returned to work at both the Augusta and Ellsworth locations by 10:30 a.m.

Lambrew stated that she was informed by the Maine Department of Public Safety that Capitol Police and Ellsworth Police identified a person of interest in the Ellsworth area related to the incident.

The person of interest was located by police and taken to the hospital for evaluation.

This story will be updated with any additional information.

What was the threat? Let me guess.. “from the River to the sea Palestine will be free.”

In other news, deep state actors spooling up anti genocide protests to unseat biden*.

“george soros (& son), longtime Deep State action officer in the Regime-Change Department, is doing what he has done in color revolutions around the world by doing same to biden* via the phony pro-Palestinian demonstrations. Exact same deal as blm, except sides have switched.“
