On Tuesday, Vice President Kamala Harris was criticized after she posted a video with the cast of the LGBT show “Queer Eye,” touring a group of gay men around her office and allowing a biological male wearing a dress to deliver a mock press conference.

“The cast of @QueerEye joined me at the White House to discuss the hard-fought progress the LGBTQI+ community has made in the past 20 years. Thank you for a meaningful conversation, for giving my office your stamp of approval, and for being fabulous,” said Vice President Harris on X.
That video features Harris acting surprised when the group of men knocks on her office door, then shows the men entering the office and claiming that they will attempt to resist the desire to rummage around her office drawers.
The video ends with Jonathan Van Ness, the man wearing the white dress, calling Harris “honey” before correcting himself and saying “Madame Vice President,” in what appears to be a highly scripted interaction.
Interestingly, the subtitles in the video read “Madam President,” despite Van Ness clearly using the word “Vice.”
Although the video wasn’t posted until Tuesday, the footage came from last week, when Harris invited the cast of the LGBT show to Washington, D.C. to discuss “LGBTQ+ progress” in celebration of the show’s 20th anniversary.
Harris only posted one video of the event, but other clips also surfaced online, including a video of Van Ness delivering a mock press conference, in which he primarily discussed his hair, and promoted his hair product brand.
This is not the first time that the Biden Administration has hosted prominent LGBT activists at the White House.
In 2023, the White House hosted the trans-identifying model Rose Montoya, a biological male who has undergone surgeries to appear more like a woman.
While at the White House, Montoya flashed his breasts, which had been surgically altered to appear like a woman’s, resulting in him being banned from any future White House Events.
Recently, allegations have surfaced against Montoya, from another trans-identifying male, who accused Montoya of sexually abusing him.
In 2022, The White House welcomed transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney, a biological male, sparking public outrage from conservatives.
Mulvaney is largely known for significantly damaging Bud Light’s brand after the beer company promoted its product alongside the influencer.
What a freak show, more like a circus than anything else.
