Later that night, at 12:45 a.m. on Saturday, deputies responded to a Hermon residence for reports of a violated protection order.

The victim told deputies that Jason Wiggin, 42, of Hermon, came to the home multiple times throughout the day and made contact with the victim in violation of an active protection order.

Deputies established probable cause to arrest Wiggin, and they charged him with a violation of a protective order and domestic violence stalking.
