The son of the female half of the famous Sonny & Cher duo bashed in the door of a New Hampshire house, sat down in the living room and had a cigarette, cops say.
It was the second time in two days Elijah Allman was cuffed and stuffed in the ‘Live Free Or Die’ state.
Allman was first arrested Friday after allegedly causing a disturbance at St. Paul’s School, a boarding school in Concord.
He was charged with two counts of trespassing, assault and disorderly conduct.
Two days later a Windham, New Hampshire woman said someone had broken into her home and was hiding in a closet.
Cops said they found a man they identified as Allman “seated on the living room couch smoking a cigarette.”
Police charged him with burglary, vandalism and violating bail from the earlier arrest.
The son of rocker Gregg Allman and Cher lives in California but has no known connections to New Hampshire.
Allman, 49, was born during the second year of the famous Cher/Gregg Allman four-year marriage, which was his father’s third of seven trips to the altar.
Elijah attended the Hyde School in Bath, Maine, graduating in 1994.
He has said he began taking drugs at age 11 and battled heroin addiction for years.
