At approximately 8:15 p.m., the Maine State Police responded to a reported domestic violence incident in Cornish.
State troopers arrived along with deputies from the Cumberland Sheriff’s Department, but the suspect had reportedly fled before they arrived.
During the investigation, he was identified as Deven Trimble-Galos, 27, of Scarborough.
Law enforcement searched the area with K9 units but were unable to locate Trimble-Galos.
The next morning, Cumberland deputies located Trimble-Galos in a Baldwin residence and arrested him on an outstanding domestic violence warrant issued following an unrelated incident being investigated by the Scarborough Police Department.
He was transported to the York County Jail, where he faces felony charges of domestic violence assault and domestic violence terrorizing. Both charges are felonies due to Trimble-Galos’ prior convictions.
