At approximately 8:24 p.m., the Kennebunk Police Department responded to a residence on Caly Hollow Road after receiving a 911 call reporting a domestic violence incident.
When officers arrived, they spoke with the alleged victim, who reported that the suspect was possibly under the influence of substances and had access to multiple firearms.
She also claimed that the suspect prevented her from calling law enforcement during the domestic incident.
