Just five American governors are more unpopular than Maine. Gov. Janet Mills (D), according to the Morning Consult analysis released Tuesday.

The report, which is only available to subscribers, has tracked the popularity of U.S. governors among registered voters since 2017 using a standardized survey methodology that allows for direct comparisons of job performance among state-level executives.

“Our definitive rankings of America’s most and least popular governors provide the exceedingly rare apples-to-apples, cross-country comparison of governors’ relative popularity among their own voter base, including by political affiliation, age, race and educational attainment,” the report summary states.

“Each quarter, the U.S. Governor Approval Outlook will keep you up to date on which governors are surging or struggling in the wake of key events, including those who may be up for re-election down the road — whether that be within the year, during the next election cycle or even two cycles away,” the report states.

Govs. Kim Reynolds (R) of Iowa, Tina Kotek (D) of Oregon, Jay Inslee of Washington (D), and Ron DeSantis (R) of Florida are the only executives more unpopular than Gov. Mills, per the report.

Although 44 percent of registered Maine voters disapprove of Mills’ job performance, 53 percent say otherwise.

Elsewhere in New England, Gov. Phil Scott (R) of Vermont and Gov. Chris Sununu (R) of New Hampshire take the number one and number three “most popular” spots respectively.

That’s saying a lot seeing that the ass kissing media gives flowery fawning article after article of what a great job she does! While the serfs suffer starve and lose their homes by the oppressive laws she is signing! She and the democrat legislature have nearly destroyed the Maine way of life, killing thousands of small businesses and bringing in thousands of illegals that taxpayers have to pay for while they are given new housing and Mainers go without. Now she’s set her sights on destroying the centuries old fishing industry by covering the fishing grounds with useless Chinese wind turbines!
