The Maine State Fire Marshal’s Office arrested a woman on an outstanding arrest warrant on Tuesday after she allegedly set her home on fire last month.

Fire marshals arrested Lisa Hall, 61, of St. Albans on an arrest warrant charging her with arson and domestic violence assault in connection with an April 17 incident.

On that day, the St. Albans Fire Department responded to a fire at a Grant Road residence.

They requested assistance from fire marshal investigators due to the suspicious nature of the fire.

During the investigation, marshals determined that the fire had allegedly been intentionally set, and they requested an arrest warrant for Hall.

They also learned that Hall allegedly assaulted her husband prior to starting the fire.

Law enforcement took Hall into custody in Bangor, and she was transported to the Penobscot County Jail and held on a $10,000 bail.
