The Bangor Police Department arrested a man on Memorial Day after he allegedly attacked a woman following a dispute about gas-station bathrooms.

At approximately 2:22 a.m., the Bangor Police Department responded to the Main Street Circle K gas station for reports of a suspect threatening staff over their bathroom being closed.
While officers were responding, the complainant called back and reported that the suspect had struck her in the face.
When police arrived, they located the suspect, Caleb Hewey, 39, of Bangor, allegedly being restrained by another man.
Following an investigation into the situation, police arrested Hewey and transported him to the Penobscot County Jail.
He was charged with assault and violating conditions of release.
Any story that leads with Bangor and bathroom never seems to end well.
He looks like he could use some help.
He looks like he needs a time out .
Maybe 3 to 5 years .
Bet he wouldn’t have any problem pooping in jail………….
