At approximately 2:40 p.m., sheriff’s personnel, along with agents with Homeland Security Investigations and U.S. Border Patrol, executed a search warrant at 108 Crogan Road in Hermon as part of an ongoing drug investigation.

This was the second time in four months that the department executed a warrant at the same address as part of a drug investigation.

During the warrant execution, deputies allegedly discovered fentanyl and methamphetamine, along with a stolen vehicle.

Deputies also arrested five suspects:

  • Karen Perkins, 63, of Hermon, was arrested on an outstanding warrant, and charges of unlawful trafficking of Schedule W drugs, and receiving stolen property.
  • Anna-Michelle Alzerreca, 48, of Hermon, was charged with unlawful trafficking of Schedule W drugs.
  • Renee Miranda, 59, of Hermon, was charged with unlawful trafficking of Schedule W drugs and receiving stolen property.
  • James Williams, 64, of Hermon, was charged with receiving stolen property and violation of conditions of release.
  • Amanda Allard, 37, of Glenburn, was charged with unlawful possession of Schedule W drugs.

All suspects were transported to the Penobscot County Jail, and the investigation remains ongoing.

Our state is full of large intl drug thugs that hire idiots like this to distribute their drugs. Between them and the CCP our state should remain under constant watch by the DEA, ICE and FBI. There are far to many for our local LEO’e to keep up with.
