Linda Blair’s real claim to fame is as a bedridden mental patient spewing green vomit on a priest trying to exorcise her demons.

But it’s Blair’s possibly-illegal rescue kennel that’s her latest headline.

Cops raided her Los Angeles property, home to 100 “rescue” dogs over concerns for the animals, according to People.com.

Blair, 67, downplayed the police search, saying it was much ado about nothing.

The film star claimed the visit was over “paperwork” that needed to be done for her reported kennel operation.

Humane authorities said their goal was “to inspect buildings and structures associated with a kennel operation reported to have more than 100 dogs.”

The Los Angeles County Department of Animal Care and Control said Blair’s permits expired three years ago and she failed to respond to their notices.

Blair questioned whether authorities tried hard enough to get in touch with her.

“Turns out we just have some paperwork to do and some diagrams,” Blair said in an Instagram post, addressing the police raid.

The Exorcist (1973) become the first horror film to be nominated for the Academy Award for Best Picture.

Blair played Regan MacNeil in the horror film, which established her as a prominent figure in horror popular culture.

Her riveting performance netted her a Golden Globe and a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress.

She reprised the role in two sequels – Exorcist II: The Heretic (1977) and The Exorcist: Believer (2023).
