At approximately 5:45 a.m. Somerset deputies executed a search warrant on Winding Hill Road at the residence of Shawn Tracy, 53, of Norridgewock.

The warrant was obtained following a month-long investigation into drug trafficking activities from the residence.

During the search, executed by four detectives and four deputies, law enforcement allegedly discovered 60 grams of cocaine base and fentanyl, 289 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, a variety of pills, a shotgun, digital scales, documentation related to drug trafficking, and $4,222 in cash.

Officers arrested Tracy on charges of aggravated trafficking in Schedule W drugs, trafficking in Schedule W drugs, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, and possession of Schedule X drugs.

Officers also issued a summons for Nichole Dyer, 34, of Norridgewock, who was also present at the residence, charging her with trafficking in Schedule W drugs and violating conditions of release.

Additional charges may be forthcoming.

“…trafficking in Schedule W drugs and violating conditions of release.” And this violation results in a ticket?!! Next time it’s a steadily worded letter.🙄
